And on Friday, Alex Pike was certainly hard to miss as she left the Olsen hotel in Melbourne's South Yarra ahead of the relaunch of her kickstart program, Inside Out Beauty.

The 45-year-old wore a tight grey sweatshirt that left little to the imagination and a matching pair of sweatpants.

Her brunette hair was styled in long glamorous waves and she had a full face of makeup on.

The mum-of-three seemed to have forgotten something from her car and was seen racing over to the vehicle to get an item from the driver's seat.
