Sophie Guidolin announced in January that she'd given birth to a stillborn baby after suffering horrific pregnancy symptoms.
Now, she has spoken out about her devastating loss nearly six months on.
The fitness influencer, 34, gave birth to her fifth child - a daughter she named Pixie - and has now said the stillbirth 'changed her whole world forever'.
'The first few months were horrific and beyond hard,' she told 9Honey.
'I laid in a dark room and just went through the motions. Cried myself to sleep. Cried while I was awake.'

The Gold Coast-based mother also revealed some of the most upsetting things people would say to her during the months following her loss.
'I had people telling me to "be grateful you still have four kids". And that I wasn't "grieving correctly,"' she added.
Sophie, who has four children from a previous relationship, encountered serious health problems during her fifth pregnancy.
