The family of the late Shane Warne have been vocal about their disappointment in Channel Nine airing a dramatised series of the cricket legend's life.

Shane's daughter Brooke slammed the network for being 'beyond disrespectful', however, talks have since been had between his family and producers and the series is set to go ahead.

Shane's long time manager James Erskine said that he and his family were confident that the docuseries would be respectful after having multiple meetings with producers.
