Roxy Jacenko is packing her bags and relocating her family to Singapore to be with her husband Oliver Curtis.

The entrepreneur, 43, has announced that she will be jetting to the Southeast Asian country in July after closing down several businesses, including her daughter Pixie's, before hocking her designer bag collection and selling her home.

Speaking to the Sydney Morning Herald, Roxy admitted that her life in Sydney has a stark difference to her upcoming new life overseas.

'No one knows me there, no one has any preconceived idea of who or what I am, no one has any expectation, and best of all, no one actually cares!' she told the publication, revealing two words convinced her to relocate to Asia.

'In Singapore it was a matter of "Roxy who?" I actually found it really refreshing and a bit liberating.'

This week, Roxy listed her former Sweaty Betty offices in Paddington for sale, which she bought outright nine years ago for $2.6million.

The office space is now worth an estimated $10million, but is expected to surpass that price tag.

Roxy added that she is excited for her kids Pixie, 11, and Hunter, eight, to experience 'a new way of life' outside of Sydney.

She also shut down rumours she and her husband Oliver's marriage was on the rocks, explaining that the pair have an 'unconventional marriage'.

On Sunday, they were spotted without their wedding rings during an outing with children Pixie and Hunter, but rumours began far earlier.

'For the record, Ollie has never liked wearing his wedding ring because he hates jewellery. And to be honest, I never really liked my own wedding ring,' Roxy continued.

'We have an unconventional marriage, we’ve been doing it long distance for a long time. We are not co-dependent and never have been, that’s just how we like it.

'Ollie is my husband, I love him, he is the father of my kids ... and we are moving to Singapore to be a family.'

Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Roxy Jacenko for further comment.

Roxy's 'retirement' lasted only a few weeks as she was spotted at The Ministry of Talent's 'new HQ' on Friday in a video she shared to her Instagram Stories showing the recent construction site.

'The Ministry of Talent new HQ site visit. Retirement lasted about a fortnight,' she captioned the footage.

As she panned the camera across a stripped, vacant room, she showed followers the bones of her new head office.

With walls prepped for paints, mirrors ready to hang and counters waiting to be installed, Roxy seems to be starting a new chapter of her business empire.

It comes after Roxy started shutting down her numerous companies, starting with her public relations firm Sweaty Betty.

She stepped down from the business as director in November last year, saying she wanted to focus on building her own brands and managing The Ministry of Talent.
