Ricki Lake posed naked in her latest Instagram snap shared Monday, writing a touching note about how she is feeling.
The star, 54, covered up her chest with her arms crisscrossed, with her knees touching her elbows.
Ricki had her eyes closed as water poured into the outdoor bathtub she was sitting in.
The talk show host, who beamed in the snap, captioned the image: 'Hands down, these days are the best of my life.'
'54 1/2 years old (young!) Grateful for all that had to happen for me to get here. A place of complete self-acceptance and self-love.'

Ricki also thanked her husband Ross Burningham in the caption, writing: 'Ross, you make every adventure the most fun ever.'
She snapped the picture in the city of Mill Valley, California, which she shouted out in her note, writing that '#MillValley is the s**t.'
She tied the knot with her lawyer fiancé Ross Burningham at a stunning cliffside ceremony in January 2022.
At the time, the actress shared a sweet snap of her and Ross together as she thanked everyone who helped pull off the wedding with only two and half weeks of preparation.
The couple wed in Ricki's backyard of her home, which had a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean; it was transformed for the ceremony.
The courtyard was transformed for cocktail hour with candles and pillows all around.
In January 2022, Ricki took to her Instagram on the big day to announce the big news, less than a year after getting engaged.
'We did it! 1/2/22 Ross and I said I DO!,' the Hairspray star penned in a celebratory social media caption.
The bride kept it ultra casual for her outdoor ceremony and was seen in photos rocking a printed yellow caftan with flowers tucked into her hair.
A small group of close friends and family were on hand to witness the intimate nuptials and celebrate the new husband and wife.
Ricki and Ross had been dating for around nine months before they got engaged early last year.
She first went public with their romance by posting a picture of them looking cozy alongside the simple caption: 'LOVE'.
Ricki has largely kept their relationship private, but did open up about their first meeting during an appearance on Good Morning America in January 2021.
