Ariana Madix comforts former Vanderpump Rules co-star Dayna Kathan after the ... trends now

Ariana Madix was a supportive friend as she visited her grieving former Vanderpump Rules co-star Dayna Kathan on Monday after the death of her beloved cat Leo.

Madix, 37, was seen embracing Kathan, 32, as she sobbed on her shoulder following an Instagram post announcing the death of Leo from an incurable heart condition.

Madix, who has dominated the show's storylines of late after her ex Tom Sandoval cheated on her with Raquel Leviss, wore a black sweatshirt and color block leggings as she reunited with Kathan, who left the show in 2021.

Katie Maloney, 36, was also seen arriving to comfort Kathan, with the star toting some flowers for her friend.

Maloney wore a black tracksuit and carried a tote bag as she headed to her friend's home.

This comes after Kathan shared a beautiful montage of Leo, while announcing his tragic passing.

She wrote: 'It is with devastation beyond measure that i share the passing of my sweet Leo. although only 6, he was recently diagnosed with an incurable heart condition. 

'Leo was my first friend in California after moving here during a turbulent period in my life, despite not knowing a single person. 

'I'm sure many people would say “it’s just a cat,” but Leo was my heart. he brought me so much happiness in addition to supporting me during countless long hours of insomnia and chronic anxiety. 

'He was smart, affectionate, fuzzy, clumsy, talkative, brave, inquisitive, hilarious and just the most special guy. one of one. long live the prince of darkness.'
