Steph Claire Smith has shared details of her dismal sex life with husband Josh Miller.

The KICPOD host, 29, who is mum to two-year-old son Harvey, opened up about her lacklustre love life on Wednesday with fellow podcaster Leoni Akhidenor. 

Talking about 'sex after having kids', Steph revealed she and Josh had lost 'the sexual spark' in the first year after their son's birth.  

'It can be so long sometimes that you're just like, "Do I even need to do this anymore? Like I'm kind of living, I'm alright." You know?' she said.

'And I feel like it'd be so common that the sexual spark or chemistry does fade, especially in that first year.'
