Ellie Warner shared some candid snaps from her birth on Wednesday to mark international home birth day.
The Gogglebox star, 32, who welcomed her newborn son Ezra last week, described the birth as the 'best day' of her life.
In the snap, Ellie can be seen holding her newborn son after giving birth in a pool, with her blonde locks swept back into a bun.

Ellie first introduced her newborn on the Channel 4 show as she handed the little one to her sister Izzi for a cuddle.
She also took to Instagram to share a sweet snap of her baby boy sleeping in a yellow blanket and confirmed his name is Ezra.
On the show, Ellie told her sister how, despite being a new mother, she is still showering 'twice a day' and her joked her personal hygiene is 'fantastic'.
Her sister Izzi then asked for a turn cuddling the baby boy, telling her sister not to 'hog' him, as the pair were then seen sharing a sweet moment together.
Moments after the show, Ellie took to Instagram to confirm she and Nat had named their newborn son Ezra.
She wrote: 'Sweet baby Ezra, he has made our lives complete, we love you so much son.'
Ellie confirmed she and boyfriend Nat were expecting their first child together back in December.
