Martha Stewart appeared to be in good spirits as she stepped out in New York City on Wednesday.

The 81-year-old Sports Illustrated swimsuit model looked as if she has been spending some time in the sun.

She had a very deep tan and her hair was blonder than ever. 

The mogul donned a chambray shirt with light brown pants. The New Jersey-born star slipped her feet into a pair of tan, strappy sandals with a modest platform.

Martha smiled and waved to fans on the street as she walked through the Big Apple.

The Manhattan outing comes after Martha spoke out about working from home.

In an interview with Footwear News she argued that people cannot 'possibly get everything done working three days a week in the office and two days remotely.'

The multihyphenate detailed her tight work schedule and revealed that she 'continued to work five days a week' during the coronavirus pandemic.

Stewart is worth an estimated $400million through her Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia empire, which deals in publishing, broadcasting, and product lines.
