Bret Michaels sells his Calabasas mansion for $6.25million trends now
Rock star Bret Michaels from the glam metal band Poison has sold his home in the sleepy Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas, California.
According to a Wednesday report from TMZ, the 60-year-old rocker wrapped up the deal for an impressive $6.25million.
The singer - whose daughter Jorja graduated high school this year - purchased the sprawling property for $4.8million three years ago so he made a nice profit on the deal.
The two-story pale gray home has plenty of space at 5,950 square feet. And there is a generous amount of room outside as well with a lush green lawn, a swimming pool with a bridge and hot tub, a covered patio and a white gazebo.
One of the top features is the view of the surrounding tree-spotted mountains that are a treat to look at during sunset.

The most impressive room in the home is the living room.
It has blonde hardwood floors, a high ceiling with recessed lighting, a built-in bookshelf with space for a flat screen TV, and a rectangular fire pit that has a glass wall.
Another room to the side of the living room is a play room.
In that space there is a wet bar, a small butler's pantry, and plenty of space for either a dining room table or a pool table. A rod iron chandelier with eight lights hangs in the center of the room.
The kitchen has a lot to offer like up-to-date appliances, a generous island with drawers and cupboards and three hanging lights above, a large sink and a double oven.
The outdoor space is breathtaking.
The main attraction is the uniquely shaped swimming pool that has a stone bridge with steps that makes crossing to a higher plateau easy. On that plateau is a white gazebo with room for lounge furniture.
There is also a statue off to the side that may or may not be included in the sale.

The agent was Jordan Cohen, who represented both seller and buyer. He recently released the book The Agent's Edge.
Bret also recently snapped up a new home: in May he bought a $5.4M mini mansion in a gated community in Westlake Village. Cohen also handled that deal.
The new home was built in 2019.
The one-story structure has many modern features like a motor court, a large swimming pool with attached hot tub, fire pit, barbecue area and a wine room.
There are five bedrooms and six baths in the 5,400 square foot space.
