Inside Dani Dyer and Jarrod Bowen's relationship trends now

Dani Dyer was proudly supporting her boyfriend Jarrod Bowen during West Ham's historic win in the Europa Conference League on Wednesday night, with his late goal helping the Hammers storm to victory.

The football star's goal sparked euphoria among West Ham fans both watching in Prague and back home in the UK, with his thrilled girlfriend writing on Instagram she was 'so proud'.

Dani and Jarrod's romance has long been the subject of fans' attention, and they recently became new parents to twin girls Summer and Star.

Jarrod has even landed the seal of approval from Dani's father, actor Danny Dyer, who is a lifelong West Ham supporter. 

So, as West Ham fans celebrate Bowen's epic role in their European win, MailOnline takes a look at their two-year romance...

Dani and Jarrod began dating in 2021, soon after she split from her boyfriend Sammy Kimmence, with whom she shares her son Santiago.

The reality star rose to fame through her appearance on Love Island in 2018, going onto win the series with her then-boyfriend Jack Fincham.

Sadly the pair's romance came to an end four months after leaving the villa, and Dani rekindled her romance with former flame Sammy.

They then welcomed their son Santiago together in January 2021, but split when Sammy was jailed for scamming pensioners out of £34,000. He has since been released from prison.

Dani and Jarrod then went public with their romance in December 2021, as they shared a sweet Instagram post together.

She previously revealed that he was the one to slide into her DMs, saying: 'He slid in mine...however, I did have to give him my number I can't be doing the DM's for days haha x.'

And Jarrod got the seal of approval from his girlfriend's dad Danny very quickly, with the EastEnders star taking to Instagram a month after they went public to show his support.

He also joked on his and Dani's podcast: 'I'm probably more in love with your boyfriend than you are.'
