Chloe Lattanzi, the daughter of the late Olivia Newton-John, is taking some time off to focus on her health.

In an Instagram video posted Sunday, Lattanzi, 37, revealed that she had lately been struggling with her mental and physical health.

In particular, she said she had been 'neglecting' her 'mind' and 'body' following her mother's tragic death just over one year ago at age 73 from a protracted battle with cancer.

In her video, Chloe — who is Olivia's daughter from her first marriage to Matt Lattanzi — faced the camera with an elegantly made-up face and a striking key lime green tube top.

'Real talk. In order to take care of others, you must first start with you. This is a universal truth, a universal law,' she began her caption.

'I look forward to coming home to my power. I will see you at the walk!' she continued, referencing her mother's Walk for Wellness, which is marking its 10th event to raise funds for the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness & Research Centre.

The organization provides cancer treatments and is involved in research against the disease, but it also focuses on providing holistic wellness support to patients, which can include acupuncture and massages, as well as musical therapy.

The next walk is being held in Melbourne, Australia, on October 8.

'I look forward to health and wellness again,' she continued. 'We never know what someone’s inner world really looks like. Please take care of you, and your capacity for healing others and being more powerful than you ever could have imagined will follow. Take it easy. Take it slow. Easy does it darlings.'

But in her video, Chloe spoke on more personal terms about the impact her mother's death had apparently had on her health and well-being.

'Since my mom’s passing and the year and a half with her going through cancer, I have not been OK,' she admitted.
