The Euphoria actress was nearly unrecognizable with a diving mask and snorkel on her face.
She wore black swim leggings and a purple rash guard and gave a thumbs up to the camera as she sat on a boat.
Tom wrote a sweet 'My birthday girl' and placed a smiley face with heart eyes across the bottom of the picture.
