Kroy Biermann cut a somber figure as he stepped out with his children recently - amid his ongoing divorce from Kim Zolciak.
The former NFL star, 38, looked unrecognizable with newly dyed dark locks and a bushy beard as he was seen for the first time since he insisted their divorce was still on despite 45-year-old Zolciak's claims they were still having sex 'repeatedly.'
He wore a white shirt and blue chinos as he carried some food, while strolling with the couple's four children - KJ, 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, nine. Kroy also adopted Kim's daughters from her previous relationships, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21.
The star - who previously sported blonde locks and a clean-shaven look - sported a bushy beard and showed off his ring-free hand as he walked with his children.
This comes after Kim alleged that she and her estranged husband are still living together and being intimate - and wants the divorce dismissed because, in her opinion, the relationship isn't 'irretrievably broken.'

In legal documents obtained by TMZ, the reality TV personality claims her most recent intimate rendezvous with Kroy took place on September 7.
Now, Kim is reportedly just ignoring the divorce petition, still wearing her wedding ring and insists she and Kroy will get back together.
But soon after Kroy filed new legal documents, which were obtained by TMZ, saying that he still does not want to 'reconcile' and he 'remains steadfast in his desire to divorce' her even though they had sex earlier this month.
Biermann and Zolciak both filed for divorce in early May after more than 11 years of marriage.
But they have since been on and off so many times, it is difficult to keep track of. Cynics have suggested the relationship highs and lows have been manufactured to serve as reality TV show fodder.
A few days ago, the mother of six shared a glammed up photo of herself on social media and said she was 'feeling extremely grateful.'
