But Helen Adams lives a very different life 22 years on from starring on the hit reality show.
The BB icon, now 45, was spotted out and about in her home city of Bristol this week, where she works as a hairdresser.
Helen was just aged 22 when she took part in Big Brother's second series in 2001, and quickly became one of the favourites to win with her loveable and ditsy nature.
She became famous for her iconic comment: 'I like blinking, I do.'

It's thought that along with moving to Bristol to work in hairdressing, Helen has since married and now has a daughter.
Helen and Paul Clarke captivated the world with their blossoming romance during their time in the Big Brother house in 2001.
Reaching the final, Helen finished in second place behind winner Brian Dowling, and was seen embracing and reuniting with Paul outside the house.
