Ana Navarro had a visit from the police after she threw a 'raucous' house party in Miami last week - and now the View regular has admitted she has been doing 'way too much partying'.

Ana, 51, posted a gym selfie and joked that her legs felt like 'overcooked pasta' as she waved goodbye to her recent hedonistic spell and attempted to resume her health and fitness regime.

Dressed in a gray T-shirt and with her hair pulled back, the TV star captioned the image: 'I’d fallen waaaay off the wagon. Like the wagon ran over me and just kept going, kind of falling off.

'Way too much travel and partying. But I climbed back on today. Barely. My legs feel like overcooked pasta, right now. I’m gonna go lay down with my dog for a bit. That’s all. Oh and I guess I should have started with "good morning, peeps!"'

She told The View's Behind the Table podcast: 'I threw a dinner in [Carlos'] honor, and we had music, and it was in my backyard. What happens when you've got all these people who can sing? They all start singing, and we had loudspeakers. It was a full-fledged concert.'

The festivities hit a roadblock when the police arrived - but, keen to continue the party, Ana admitted to tempting an officer with a drink.

'I offered the cop a cocktail. He declined,' she said. 'And then I said to him, "Listen, I'm sorry.
