The actress, 50, whose ex McDermott's new romance with Lily Calo, 32, was exclusively revealed by DailyMail.com last month, looked happier than ever as she locked lips with the hunk.
The pair were seen embracing in the street after a night at LA hotspot Level 8 and holding hands before kissing and hopping into the same car together.
Tori showed off her svelte figure in a plunging black blouse paired with flared trousers and sneakers.
Her platinum locks were styled in soft waves and she sported a red lip for her date.

This marks Tori's return to the dating scene following her split from McDermott, 56, which was confirmed in June.
McDermott's new love Calo is a senior account executive at Conscious Community Global in LA.
It is unclear where they met and how long they have been dating, however, the two were pictured together last week at the health and human services organization where they are apparently working on a project with the 'creative development team,' according to LinkedIn.
Last month McDermott and his new squeeze were snapped holding hands as they headed to the Department of Social Services West Valley office in Chatsworth.
The cash-strapped Canadian appears to have fallen on hard times and forced to resort to government assistance after his separation from Spelling.
Tori and Dean's troubled marriage came to an end on June 16 when the actor announced that they had split in a social media post that was quickly deleted.
