The Aquaman actress, 37, was spotted getting into the holiday spirit as she joined her two-year-old daughter in costume to go trick-or-treating and play in the park.
For their daytime outing, Heard dressed up in an all-black outfit besides a gray, cozy trench coat to complement her only child's sparkly witch costume.
Her outfit looked almost identical to what she wore nearly two weeks earlier when she was seen using a walking stick while stepping out by herself.
On the spooky holiday, she appeared to be on the mend from her hip injury and was spotted without any walking aids since she hurt herself while training for the New York City marathon.
