EXCLUSIVE: Jason Oppenheim was left 'cringing' after ex-girlfriend Marie-Lou ... trends now
Jason Oppenheim was left 'cringing' as he watched his relationship with ex-girlfriend Marie-Lou Nurk unfold on Selling Sunset, and revealed the reality show 'strained' them as a couple.
The real estate broker, 46, split from German model Mary-Lou, 26, in May after 10 months together, but their relationship will feature in season seven, which was filmed long before they parted ways.
One awkward scene sees Mary-Lou taking issue with Jason's former flame, Chrishell Stause, 42, who she accuses of not 'making an effort' with her and always paying her 'the same compliment.'
Tension finally reaches fever pitch when the pair meet up for lunch in a bid to iron out their differences – with the model calling Jason and leaving him on speakerphone as the pair butt heads.

Recalling the encounter in an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Jason said: 'I was cringing at a couple of scenes, including the luncheon because it was awkward and uncomfortable when it was actually happening in real life.
'I didn't want to watch it! It reminded me how uncomfortable I was on the phone. I was just sitting there listening and I remember being uncomfortable in the moment.'
The pair issued a joint statement to announce their breakup which they said was amicable.
And clearly the pair are still on good terms, the property mogul adding: 'We text, you know, probably a few times a week. You know, she's with a new boyfriend, so I want to be respectful of that. But at the same time, yeah, we still have a friendship.'
When asked how Chrishell reacted to his breakup with Mary-Lou, Jason simply
