Channel Ten has dropped the first trailer for their reboot of the iconic show Gladiators, which is set to debut next year.
Hosted by Beau Ryan and Liz Ellis, the extreme sports contest is a reboot of the classic 90s cult reality series where contestants battle in a stylised arena.
And a new preview teases fans that they can look forward to 'superhero' action.
The show's contestants can be seen wearing figure-hugging costumes, and flying through the air.
In one scene in the trailer former NRL star Sandor Earl can be seen hurling a digitally animated 'lightning bolt'.
Another scene features Hollywood stuntwoman Chanique Greyling in a white, barely-there two-piece outfit, wearing a giant set of wings and floating in space.
Meanwhile, cast member Harriet Roberts can be seen jogging against the cityscape of a futuristic metropolis.
At another point in the trailer, the cast are introduced alongside their 'gladiator' names, including powerlifting champion Jaymii Morris (Chaos), and Ironman and male model Jett Kenny (Viking).
