She missed the red carpet, but Phoebe Waller-Bridge was on hand to help close friend Emerald Fennell celebrate after presenting her with the Director accolade at the Harper's Bazaar Women Of The Year Awards.
The Fleabag star, 38, looked stylish in an elegant trouser suit that accentuated her slender physique as she posed for photographs alongside Fennell, who won the award for her brilliantly inventive body of work.
She completed the look with a matching bralette, while smart black heels rounded off her ensemble.
Joining her close friend, Fennell, 38, looked equally elegant in a plunging black evening dress with glittering metallic silver sleeves.
Waller-Bridge was making a low-key appearance at the ceremony on Fennel's behalf after skipping the glamorous red carpet parade that preceded Tuesday's event.

The pair greeted onlookers with a smile as they posed with the director's award shortly after it was handed over at London's Claridge's Hotel.
Waller-Bridge and Fennell have previously worked together on Killing Eve, a show they helped devise from the popular Villanelle novels by author Luke Jennings.
While Waller-Bridge has gone on to enjoy international acclaim having worked on the script for James Bond film No Time To Die and starred alongside Harrison Ford in recent blockbuster Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny, Fennell has enjoyed mainstream success in her own right.
The British star is best known for her acting role in hot Netflix drama The Crown, in which she played Camilla Parker-Bowles.
Meanwhile Waller-Bridge could also be about to get the happy ending that alluded Fleabag as she has fuelled speculation that she is engaged to filmmaker and playwright Martin McDonagh.
