Lori Harvey and her boyfriend of nearly one year, Damson Idris, have officially split.

The model, 26, and the Snowfall actor, 32, confirmed in the news in a joint statement shared with The Hollywood Reporter on Tuesday.

'We are at a point in our lives where our individual paths require our full attention and dedication,' the statement began.

'We part ways remaining friends with nothing but love and respect for each other and the time we shared together.'

The couple began dating at some point in December 2022 but waited until January to make things Instagram official.

Days ago, fans noticed that Lori had completely wiped all sign of Damson for her Instagram. Damson then did the same.

The duo were then photographed arriving separately to Odell Beckham Jr.'s party on Monday amid the initial rumors of their breakup.

Lori was seen walking in without Damson and almost risked a run-in with the Swarm actor.

The entrepreneur was seen making her way into the star-studded bash all by herself but seemingly in high spirits.

For the party, she donned a racy outfit featuring a gray graphic T-shirt tucked into just a pair of cheeky panties and sheer tights. 

She donned a pair of black, suede kitten heels and accessorized with a dazzling diamond chain around her neck.

She also showcased a pair of massive diamond studded earrings with her raven black tresses thrown up into a sleek topknot. 

For makeup, she rocked sultry, dark eyeliner to highlight her eyes and a coral pink blush for a healthy flush.

To complete her look, she topped off her juicy pout with a warm chocolate lip gloss. 

Spotted arriving at a separate time to the party was Idris in a casual outfit.
