The first trailer for the movie Candy Cane Lane was released on Wednesday.
Eddie Murphy, 62, stars in the holiday film with Tracee Ellis Roos playing his wife.
The synopsis: A man makes a deal with a mischievous elf who casts a magic spell that brings the 12 Days of Christmas to life.
The film, directed by Reginald Hudlin, is set to be released on December 1, 2023.
The clip opens with Murphy telling his family to 'not freak out' over his Christmas surprise.
