Emily Blunt beams as she arrives on set to film with husband John Krasinski - ... trends now

Emily Blunt looked in great spirits as she began filming with her husband John Krasinki on set of their new film Imaginary Friends in Brooklyn Heights, New York, on Monday. 

The actress, 40, was seen beaming while her husband John got changed into a dinosaur costume to film a scene. 

The American actor, 44, who also directs the new fantasy comedy, embraced his inner child as he wrapped up in the costume for a trick or treating scene alongside Catharine Daddario, 30.

Meanwhile Emily looked stylish as she wrapped up in a fashionable copper autumnal coat. 

Keeping warm, she covered her blonde locks with a grey snood as she attended the night time shoot. 

She completed the look with some simple denim blue jeans and grey boots.

Imaginary Friends is an upcoming American fantasy comedy film written, directed, and co-produced by John.

It follows a young girl who goes through a difficult experience and then begins to see everyone's imaginary friends who have been left behind as their real-life friends have grown up.

With a star-studded cast, the movie also stars Ryan Reynolds, Matt Damon, Steve Carell and Phoebe Waller-Bridge. 

Deadpool star Ryan was also seen filming as he cut a smarty figure in a tweed waistcoat and blue and red checked tailored trousers. 

The Wrexham football club owner was spotted on the steps of a house as he filmed scenes alongside Cailey Fleming. 

The pair were seen taking advice from John as he directed the pair in action shots.
