Heidi Pratt wowed her fans recently when she shared that she had lost 22lbs over 12 weeks.
The Hills veteran is now a stunning size two and fitting into her skinny jeans and little black dresses again thanks to a sensible diet and exercise, as well as using Hydroxycut.
With the hard work out of the way for now, the TV star is gearing up for a fun Christmas for her, her husband Spencer Pratt and their two sons, Gunner and Ryker.
Heidi - whose birth name is Heidi Montag - told DailyMail.com exclusively that she will be at home this year.
'My Christmas plans are going to be to spend time with family,' said the blonde beauty. 'I am all about making memories with my children and that is what is most important to me.
'We’re excited for the holidays because we have plans to do lots of fun things together. It will be cozy.'

And she has special plans for her eldest son.
'I’m going to take Gunner to see the Polar Express - it’s a two hour drive away but it’s worth it,' she noted.
The Polar Express is a train Ride in Perris, CA this holiday season! The ride allows fans to 'relive the magic of the classic story on a magical trip to the North Pole,' it says on the website. Hot chocolate and chocolate treats are served.
And Heidi also said she has already started celebrating the holidays.
'I have already taken Gunner to The Nutcracker and both my kids met Santa which Gunner liked,' she shared.
'But Ryker was horrified he started crying hysterically; it was such a scene but I guess that’s what happens when a baby first meets Santa. It could go either way: they could be overjoyed or scared.'
As far as her marriage to Spencer, they are doing well, she added.
'I have been married to spencer for 17 years and everything is great - we get along so well and we’re really happy together,' the model told DailyMail.com.
'Spencer is a very supportive husband. I have a lot to juggle and he has been such a big teammate - he’s always there for me and he has been working out with me too so it’s nice to have a partner that does what you do we keep their connection that way.'

She reached her goal weight thanks to taking Hydroxycut while going on a low-carb diet and working out five times a week while adding in hikes and power walks during her free time.
After she welcomed her second child, Ryker, her weight jumped to 134lbs.
Heidi decided it was time to shed the pounds.
Once she started to take Hydroxycut, combined with a steady diet and a trainer-backed exercise routine, she would go on to lose 22 pounds over the course of 12-weeks from July to October 2023.
