Victoria Beckham showed off her incredibly toned abs as she shared an insight into her vigorous 5-day workout routine this week.
The fashion designer, 49, looked amazing as she worked out in tiny black crop top and skin-tight leggings as she posted snaps to Instagram on Saturday.
Victoria, who is know to only eat fish and vegetables, give a further insight into her beauty secrets which includes ginger shots, green juice.
She explained how she kicks off her day with a 'few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach.'
Next up, her husband David helps her to prepare a 'green juice' consisting of 'broccoli, spinach, cucumber, celery, apple, ginger, lemon and lime.'

The former footballer could be seen as he neatly chopped up the ingredients, before adding it to a blender.
Victoria revealed after an exercise session she then enjoys a post work-out smoothie, with protein powder, nuts and fresh fruit.
Finally she rounds off her evening by reading for 20 minutes 'to switch off from the day.'
Victoria captioned her post: 'My skin health routine. Victoria's extreme diet has hit the headlines over the years, with Rio Ferdinand also giving an insight into her eating habits.
The retired English footballer, 44, is friends with Victoria's husband David after playing football together at the World Cup and would sometimes dine with the couple during training.
While speaking to Australian radio show Kyle and Jackie O, host Jackie 'O' Henderson admitted she was 'obsessed' with Victoria's diet.

Rio responded: 'I've never seen her eat anything. I don't remember anything that sticks out of my memory, to be honest.'
But this isn't the first time that Victoria's diet has been talked about with the the fashion designer becoming notorious for being a picky eater.
Husband David offered insight into Victoria's eating habits while discussing his own favourite foods during a podcast interview.
'I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it,' he said.
'Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years!
'Since I met her she only eats grilled fish [and] steamed vegetables. She will very rarely deviate from that.'
In July, Victoria responded to this confession, telling Vogue Australia her husband made her tastes 'sound boring' when in fact she fills her diet with 'healthy fat' and regularly does detoxes where she abstains from drinking alcohol.
She said: 'I mean, talk about making me sound boring! No. What he meant is that he's never met anyone who is more disciplined with the way that they eat.
'I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing. I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to.
'I'll detox from anything for three to six months where I won't drink. I'm quite
