Fashion designer Camilla Franks has purchased a historic property in Bondi, Sydney for $12.5million.
The Kaftan queen, 47, finalised the sale on Tuesday and is now the proud owner of the five bedroom, three bathroom home that was built in 1908.
The lavish estate, known as Gnal Loa, sits on just over a 1000sqm and is surrounded by flourishing gardens.
Its desirable location is close to a variety of amenities, including Bondi Beach, and a host of restaurants and bars.
'The name of this property means "the sitting spot" and I love that. The gardens feel like I'm in the Southern Highlands, but the sea is on my doorstep,' Franks said in a statement.
