He donned a black jacket over a brown T-shirt and paired it with oversize cargo pants.
The reality TV star — who was spotted exiting his ex Chloe Bartoli's residence with a suitcase in tow earlier this week — donned a pair of cream-colored sneakers to complete his look.
He was later seen leaving the Offsunset nightclub with bombshell Sarah Bauer, 28, as identified by Page Six.
