AFL star Patrick Cripps and his wife Monique have announced they are expecting their first child - a baby girl - in April.
The pair shared the happy news at Carlton’s Hall of Fame dinner at Crown in Melbourne on Monday, where Patrick, 29, was awarded life membership on his 29th birthday.
Monique told The Herald Sun she had been suffering from bad morning sickness, but the couple were thrilled.
'I feel good now, I was really sick for the first half,' she said.
'I’m due early April – we’ll make sure we don’t (miss a game) unless I go early.
