The Maestro star uses a £5,000 top-of-the-range facial laser she bought when she was nominated for an Oscar three years ago.
Ms Mulligan, 38, took Vogue viewers through her beauty regime in a seven-minute video. She said it was for her 'parent-teacher conference look' rather than for anything special such as 'going to the Met Ball' and called it her 'easy' look.
