The shocking damage to Cara Delevingne's Los Angeles home has been revealed after the property was engulfed by a fire.

Aerial images show the $7 million property reduced to a pile of wreckage after a blaze believed to have been caused by an electrical issue.

Cara, who is currently in London performing in Cabaret, previously feared that her beloved cats had perished in the fire, but later learned that they had been rescued.

Much of the roof of Cara's home has been destroyed by the fire, with the kitchen and bedrooms now in full view from the air.

Just days after the fire, Cara's parents revealed the cause of the blaze, after being approached ahead of the model's performance at The Kit Kat Club.

The pair was asked: 'Do you know what caused the fire?' to which her father replied with, 'electrical.' Her mother also added that her daughter was 'devastated.'

The actress's father also mentioned that 'something fell on a powerline' amid 'very windy' weather in the area.

When asked how Delevingne was doing, Pandora said once again, 'I think she's probably devastated.'

Her mother then explained to the outlet, 'She had everything in her house, her whole life. She built it, she made it. She has everything in it.'

The model initially took to her Instagram page to reveal the news of the devastating incident while also believing her two cats had perished in the flames.

'My heart is broken today. I cannot believe it. Life can change in a blink of an eye. So cherish what you have,' she penned in a now-deleted Story post.

However, upon discovering that her beloved pets had been rescued, Cara shared an update to her fans that read: 'They are alive!! Thank you to the firefighters.'

At the time of the incident, both the star's cats and another occupant had been inside - who was reportedly treated for smoke inhalation.
