Helen Flanagan has returned to Instagram to give a health update after pulling out of her theatre tour at the beginning of the year.
The actress has revealed she was diagnosed with psychosis after suffering a 'bead reaction' to her ADHD medication.
In a lengthy post on Instagram the mother of three explained she was 'emotionally struggling' with her split from ex Scott Sinclair and the demands of being a working single mother.
'So basically I really struggled mental health wise December/ January,' Helen began her post.
