Australian NBA star Ben Simmons has slashed six million dollars from the price of a California retreat he's been trying to offload for two years.
Located in a gated community in Hidden Hills, 45km from Los Angles, the sprawling seven-bedroom ultra-modern 'farm house' first hit the market in 2022 for an eye-popping $32.5million (approximately US$23million).
The 27-year-old Brooklyn Nets champ, who famously dated model Kendall Jenner, is now hoping for a sale after listing it for $26,820,884 (approximately US$17,495,000).
Situated on 1.5 acres in a secluded gated-community the mansion is set to go under the hammer next month with bids expected to start between $7million and $12million, reports Domain.
Simmons purchased the property in 2021 for $23.3million (US$17.5million).
