Pia proceeded to call Madonna who could be heard telling Ramsay she 'wants her chef back'. In an interview with 9now, Pia discussed the 'insane' and 'surreal' experience of serving as a private chef for Madonna. 'It's very surreal still, I get to travel the world and work with some crazy people I'd never have the opportunity of doing,' she said. Each team must compete in high-pressure challenges to prove their worth, with the losing side confronted with a brutal takedown by Ramsay and Allis. The competitors will be tested on key values essential to all successful businesses, including customer service, sales, marketing, branding and event management.
