Rachel Leviss' publicist accuses Ariana Madix of STAGING Scandoval reveal on ... trends now

Rachel Leviss' publicist, Juliette Harris, claims that Ariana Madix staged the reveal of the months-long affair between her client and Tom Sandoval for drama and ratings.

While appearing on the Rachel Goes Rogue podcast, Harris, who was interviewed by entertainment journalist Lanae Brody on the episode, discussed her thoughts on  Scandoval.

'My theory is not going to be a popular one but I stand by it, and I will go to my grave believing it,' Leviss' rep said on the podcast. 'The Bravo sleuths are super sleuths, but women as a whole, pretty good at sleuthing.'

She continued: 'If I think my husband is cheating and I can walk right over to his side of the bed when he's asleep and can check his phone because clearly she had his password. When you drop your phone it doesn't unlock, so she had to unlock it. She unlocked it, if the story is true, to check it at that moment, why, if you suspect anything at any time.'

'I don't believe that, I don't believe that's how it happened. I believe that was propped and sent, I don't know maybe she thought the day before and she told production and off they went,' Harris theorized. 'If you think your partner is cheating and you have access to their phone 24 hours a day, wait until they are asleep, wait until they go to the bathroom, go look at the phone, she had his password.'

The publicist went on to speculate that she believed the moment was 'set up for the whole thing' and she doesn't 'buy' that Sandoval's phone just 'fell out of his pocket.'

Harris also accused Sandoval of focusing too much on his and Leviss' 'brand' in the wake of his split from Madix after nine of dating.

While she claimed he kept talking about their respective brands, while Harris says she was 'thinking of a human that's about to go into a mental health facility.'

'He got so frustrated and he blew a gasket and was like 'I'm not going to protect her anymore, I'm out here by myself, it's them against me, I'm not going to do this anymore, I'm going to do what I have to do,' then hung up the phone,' Harris recalled of how Sandoval handled the backlash of his infidelity while Leviss sought treatment at a mental health facility in Wickenburg, Arizona for two months.

DailyMail.com has reached out to Bravo for a comment on Harris' allegations.

The claims come after Leviss has accused her former fling of 'grooming her' on her podcast Rachel Goes Rogue on iHeart.

She told therapist Melissa Reich earlier this month that her co-star Lala Kent's statement which suggested 41-year-old Sandoval was a groomer hit home with her.
