She was the glittering star of the Brit Awards, but there’s one place singer Raye tries to stay out of the limelight… on social media.

The 26-year-old has revealed a startling conversation with her therapist, when she was asked: ‘When do you feel like the voices in your head are being most evil to you?’ Her answer was telling: ‘When I’m on social media.’

With South Londoner Raye, real name Rachel Keen, now realising that social media was causing more harm than good, the Brit School alumna handed over her passwords to a trusted friend to run her accounts for her.

She also now gives herself a five-minute window if she ever wants to post something, as a kind of cooling-off period, and even has a separate phone solely for her social media accounts.   

The creators of The Crown have admitted the show isn’t meant to be historically accurate. 

But if some of the sets looked unreal, too, it’s because they were: computerised visual effects were used for scenes in Windsor Castle and Buckingham Palace. 

One producer has admitted almost an entire episode worth of footage was plucked from thin air for the series, starring Elizabeth Debicki. 

That’s almost 37 minutes of scenes, according to supervisor Joe Cork.

Turns out the comedian has amassed an eye-watering £40,000 recently, just from creating personalised video messages for fans on the website Cameo. 

The 51-year-old charges a whopping £158 per video – each lasting between 40 and 60 seconds.
