Naomi Campbell oozed sophistication as she arrived at a star-studded event to celebrate Dolce & Gabbana's 40th anniversary in Milan on Saturday.

The British supermodel, 53, looked sensational as she flashed her toned abs in a skimpy polka dot crop top that also teased a glimpse of her ample cleavage

Naomi layered the look with a chic and oversized pin stripped suit as she strutted her stuff in a pair of towering heels.

The ensemble also boasted a floral broach and polka dot train and she styled her long raven tresses poker straight.

Naomi accentuated her iconic features with glamorous make-up and added extra sparkle with chandelier earrings and a matching diamond necklace.

Domenico added: 'We would like young people to see in the artistic professions an alternative, an antidote to banality and homogenisation.
