KT Smith's relationship with ex Morgan Wallen: A look at their past together ... trends now
Country star Morgan Wallen was arrested after he allegedly hurled a chair from a rooftop bar following news his ex-fiancee Katie 'KT' Smith had secretly eloped.
Wallen was upset his ex had gotten married just days after getting engaged when he threw the chair, DailyMail.com revealed.
Smith announced last week she and Luke Scornavacco had tied the knot after a brief engagement and less than a year of dating.
But prior to her romance with Luke, she was in a relationship with Wallen, and the two went on to have a son named Indigo after they called it quits.
Wallen began dating Smith in December 2016 before popping the question just four months later, according to Page Six.

But in August 2018 they ended their engagement and just over a year later had split.
Smith described the struggles they endured during their final year together on her blog, and in a entry claimed Wallen wasn't 'the most faithful' when he was touring as she described how their connection had turned 'rocky'.
'We were off and on the third year, still talking 24/7 and seeing each other every time he was in town and I would still go on the road with him,' she recalled, according to People.
'But being thrown into the spotlight at such a young age is obviously going to come with some bad decisions. He wasn’t the most faithful.'
In July 2020 they welcomed their son Indigo Wilder, who was conceived after they had broken up, according to People.
Announcing Indigo's birth on Instagram at the time, Wallen posted: 'I’ll be the Dad you deserve as well as the co-parent your mother deserves. Since you were born, I know that every decision I make will be with you in mind.
'I promise I’ll always protect you, and do my best to be an example of a good, godly man just like my daddy was for me.'
KT also shared snaps of the newborn, posting as she announced her new bundle of joy: 'when you pray for God to send someone who reciprocates your love for them- and he sends you the most perfect version of that..
