The former TOWIE star, 31, announced she was expecting her first child with Birmingham City player Oliver Burke last week.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Megan looked stunning in a black flared jumpsuit and white blazer as she and birthday boy Oliver enjoyed afternoon tea at the five-star hotel.
In a carousel of snaps from the staycation, Megan shared a slew of loved-up snaps and a video as she tucked into a room service meal of penne Bolognese, French fries and butter chicken with rice while wearing a white robe.
The weekend break came just one day before Megan shared a moving video compilation chronicling her journey to getting pregnant, revealing she had undergone IVF.

One black and white snap saw the parents-to-be share a kiss ahead of the afternoon tea, while another showed a four-poster bed adorned with gifts.
'Happy birthday my love & best friend,' Megan captioned the post. 'I can’t wait to be your wife & the mummy to our baby. When I thought life couldn’t get any better with you it’s topped it a thousand times.
