Robbie Williams has bravely admitted 'he is only still alive' because he spoke about his mental health and reached out for help.
The singer, 50, made the raw admission after coming across mental health charity Andy's Man Club on social media.
The former Take That bandmate reached out to the organisation in praise and admiration because he was 'blown away' when he discovered the group.
Andy's Man Club posted a screenshot of Robbie's direct message on their profile which saw the hitmaker open up about his previous mental health struggles.
He wrote: 'Hey guys, I found out about your organisation yesterday. It's blown me away. I'm only here because I talked. I'm only here because I asked for help and then took it.

'Thankfully the stigma around mental health is coming down but I realise for a lot of men in particular, there is still a long way to go.
'I want to send a big man hug to all that help facilitate this beautiful cause. I'm also sending a few people over *digitally* to offer up and huge and a cuddle. Rest in paradise Andy.

Andy's Man Club is a suicide prevention charity for men, offering support across the nation to help end the stigma around mental health through the power of conversation.
The organisation was formed after creator Luke Ambler's brother-in-law Andy Roberts took his own life aged 23.
The charity now supporting more than 1,000 men a week who are suffering from depression.
