The couple went public with their romance last year and have been showering their social feeds with loved-up snaps ever since.
Now it's time to meet the man who has captured Smith's heart.
Scornavacco is a 22-year-old digital content creator who has 153k followers on Instagram and over 872K on TikTok.
His socials primarily feature loved-up snaps with Smith, 29, with Scornavacco going Instagram official with her back in May 2023. 'Found my 4 leaf clover,' he captioned the post.

Before going public with her, his account contained numerous images of him clad in a cowboy hat, attending Stagecoach, posing with horses, pigs, and exploring his faith.
Scornavacco began dating KT last year, proposed to her this past Easter Sunday, before tying the knot just five days later.
Prior to her romance with Luke, she was in a relationship with Wallen, and the two went on to have a son named Indigo after they called it quits.
Wallen began dating Smith in December 2016 before popping the question just four months later, according to Page Six.
But in August 2018 they ended their engagement and just over a year later had split.
Smith described the struggles they endured at the end of their relationship on her blog, and in a entry claimed Wallen wasn't 'the most faithful' when he was touring as she described how their connection had turned 'rocky' their final year together.
'We started talking on Snapchat (LOL) and hung out very often, started dating- and then got engaged within a few months,' she wrote on her blog. 'We broke off the engagement but still dated consistently for about two years, living with one another for about three- but that third year was rocky. The kind of toxic, trauma bond you hear about on Tik Tok.
'We were off and on the third year, still talking 24/7 and seeing each other every time he was in town and I would still go on the road with him.. But being thrown into the spotlight at such a young age is obviously going to come with some bad decisions. He wasn’t the most faithful.'
