She welcomed her first child, a baby girl named Gia, with boyfriend Jono Castano on Easter Sunday. 

And model Simone Holtznagel, 30, embraced life as a new mother on Tuesday when she stepped out with Jono and her mum Margaret to take Gia for a walk in her stroller. 

Dressed in an oversized blue shirt and loose jeans, the makeup free blonde looked fresh-faced and relaxed as she pushed Gia along the footpath. 

She completed her look with black sandals, gold stud earrings and a matching bangle, while clipping her hair up into a no-fuss chignon. 

Fitness trainer Jono, who showed off his buff physique in a brown T-shirt and white jeans, meanwhile walked a few steps behind Simone and seemed distracted by his phone. 

He also carried a canvas tote bag in one hand, perhaps filled with baby supplies. 

Once at the vehicle, Simone carefully lifted Gia from her stroller placed the adorable infant in a car seat. 

Gia was perfectly dressed for Sydney's autumnal climes in a cute, red-and-white striped onesie.
