Oliver Hudson admitted that he had been unfaithful to his wife Erinn Bartlett prior to their wedding in 2006.
On a new episode of his and his sister Kate Hudson's Sibling Revelry podcast, Oliver, 47, discussed 'cheating' on the actress, 51, and admitted he 'never got caught' but instead confessed his infidelity before saying 'I do.'
'When I got engaged, something happened psychologically, and I spiraled, and I was unfaithful, and I was cheating, and I was crazy,' he told guest Robyn Lively.
'And she stuck with you?' Lively asked. Oliver — who recently discussed having 'childhood trauma' — admitted Bartlett was an 'amazing woman' before revealing how he broke the news to her before they married.
'I never got caught,' he went on. 'I told her everything because I couldn't live with myself and get married and be married and have children with this sort of weight.'

'I was taking Silkwood showers, you know? I was crying and going "oh my God, who am I?" But then going off and having a drink or whatever.'
A Silkwood shower refers to a long, hot shower taken to disinfect and decontaminate oneself.
'So there was something happening to me psychologically,' Oliver added.
Oliver — who is the son of actress Goldie Hawn and musician and actor Bill Hudson — shared that his mom helped him overcome the issues he was experiencing.
'My mother played a big part in it as well. Where it's about looking at the entirety and the totality of the relationship, not just the action. Even though it might seem extreme, let's dig in a little bit into why and looking at the whole person rather than this one affliction.'
He said he believes he is a 'good man' and is 'not malicious.'
He then shared that he and Erinn were able to get past his infidelity with the help of therapy.
'I was going through whatever I was going through and we were able to sort of therapy and do all of it and get through it.'
Oliver then shared that he doesn't regret it since it made him the person he is today, though he does regret causing his wife 'pain'.
