Makeup-free Jennifer Lopez looks chic in all black while leaving her New York ... trends now

Jennifer Lopez looked effortlessly chic in a long black coat while stepping out of her 6,540-square-foot penthouse, which she has been listing and delisting since 2017.

As she left her luxury duplex, located at the Whitman nearby Madison Square Park, the superstar, 54, layered up in a plain black shirt, matching leggings and a pair of oversized Dior shades.

The mom-of-two, who is married to actor Ben Affleck, ditched her high heels for the comfort of sneakers as she visited her home state.

For her latest outing, she carried her essentials in a black Hermès Birkin with gold hardware and kept her long brunette hair slicked back in a low bun. 

Lopez sported a bright red manicure and no makeup as she showcased her youthful appearance and flawless skin.

In September 2023, she relisted her Manhattan penthouse, which she purchased for $20.16 million in 2014, per Realtor.com.

According to public records, she has listed and delisted the property nearly every year since 2017, and has slashed the price multiple times. 

The pad has four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a private key locked elevator and a smart home system. 

In 2021, a source told Page Six that she listed the home after discovering it didn't give her enough privacy. 

'It really isn’t ideal for her there,' the insider explained, at the time. 

Over the summer, the Bronx native and Affleck, 51, paid $60.85 million for their mansion in Los Angeles, complete with a whopping 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and a full basketball court.

She is currently in the middle of rebranding her first nationwide tour in five years, which she announced in February.
