Jessie J showed off her post-baby figure on Wednesday as she hit the gym in preparation for her upcoming tour. 

The singer, 36, and her partner Chanan Safir Colman welcomed a son named Sky last May. 

Uploading an update to Instagram, Jessie flashed her abs in a cropped bra top and pyjama bottoms before heading off for a work out.   

In the slew of 'random recents' she also snapped an adorable photo of herself with Sky and another of him with his dad. 

She wrote: 'Mamas gotta get ready for these shows. Get your tickets on the links in my highlight.'

Jessie continued: 'A last minute 48 hours in London. And my first workout in 9 months at 4.30am. I did 40 minutes and the pain today is nuts. I'm laughing as I shuffle to the toilet.

She will kick off a string of shows in June, starting with Hampton Court Palace before playing at the Isle Of Wight Festival and Trinity Park, Ipswich. In August she will perform at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in Doncaster. 

Jessie recently revealed she feels a 'huge sense of guilt' about motherhood.

Speaking at an event at Outernet London to mark 20 years of Dove's Real Beauty campaign, Jessie said she knows her own experiences are not the same as those of other parents.

She added: 'I always say this, pregnancy, birth, I never thought it would come to me, I was a big advocate and still am for infertility and child loss.

'For years and years and years, that's what I spoke about and non I'm on the other side I feel a huge sense of guilt in some way because I know so many women and men are struggling.

'So when you do have a baby, you have to understand it's the most relatable and conversational thing you can talk about with someone but also the most unique experience and you have to understand
