The artist, 58, wore a zip-up black jumper with a blue plaid jacket, grey trousers and trainers, and a white beanie.
Former ballerina Sophie, 30, opted for a black hoodie with slim-fit black trousers and a black beanie hat.
She happily pushed the couple's white-fur Chihuahua in a pram as the couple enjoyed a low-key stroll through central London.
The couple last took their pet along in its dog buggy when they headed to Scott's restaurant in Mayfair.
