Perrie Edwards reveals moment she almost quit Little Mix after 'crying her eyes ... trends now
Perrie Edwards has revealed she almost quit Little Mix in the early days of the band forming.
During an appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show - which will air Saturday - the singer, 30, admitted that when she first joined the group, she was 'terrified' of dancing and felt very uncomfortable.
In one of the early rehearsals, Perrie was left in tears and told her manager that she couldn't dance and would have to leave the pop group.
Reflecting on the early days as she promoted her debut single, Forget About Us, she said: 'In the band at the very beginning, we went to rehearsals, and I remember crying my eyes out.
'And I went to my manager, "I'm going to have to leave the band. I can't really dance, I don't want to dance." I was just so terrified and uncomfortable dancing that I just didn't want to do it - I just wanted to stand and sing.'

In the end, Perrie transformed her fear into a passion and said she now loves dancing and would happily go on shows such as Strictly Come Dancing.
Little Mix - consisting of Jade Thirlwall, 31, Perrie, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, 32 - officially split in December 2021.
Jesy Nelson, 32, was originally a member but decided to leave the group in December 2020 after she cited a decline in her mental health.
