Former reality star Jordan Finlayson appeared in a Sydney court on Friday for sentencing after pleading guilty to four charges of falsifying medical certificates while on bail.
But her legal representative at Downing Street Centre Local Court argued for the charges against the 32-year-old to be dismissed on mental health grounds.
Finlayson, known for her appearance on the 2011 season of Beauty and the Geek before a meth-fuelled fall from grace, was convicted late last year of driving while on drugs.
Magistrate Brett Shields adjourned the former professional dancer's matter until late May and continued her bail.
It comes after Finlayson was required to report to police three times a week as a condition of her bail.
