A dazzling pad in inner-city Melbourne that was once home to pop star Tina Arena is set to go under the hammer.
Located in Fitzroy just 3kms from the CBD, the two-storey three-bedroom, two-bathroom terrace has been listed with a price guide of $2.95million-$3.2million.
Tina, 56, sold the vintage property to the current owners in 2017 for $1.63million after buying it 2015 for a mere $1.38million.
The buyers then splashed out on major renovations reported the Herald Sun on Saturday.
Included in the updates was a completely made over backyard which now features a 'botanic garden'.
