Megan Fox tells women not to 'waste' energy on men after confirming end of her ... trends now

Megan Fox shared some practical advice for single women, a month after confirming the end of her engagement to rocker Machine Gun Kelly.

The Transformers star, 37, advised ladies not to 'waste' their energy on men during a segment with E! News' The Rundown host Erin Lim Rhodes at the Revolve Festival on Saturday.

'I don't know if I'm the best person to give advice, because my advice is like just learn a skill or develop a hobby, and do not waste your energy on boys,' she said. 

The mom-of-three continued: 'All they're going to do is drain you. Just move on. Invest in yourself.'

Megan re-shared the clip of the interview to her Instagram, writing, 'Life advice from a relationship expert', which prompted MGK, 33, to comment, 'PREACH.'  

Her newly single pal Kim Kardashian, 43, also chimed in, writing, 'Not No.' 

Elsewhere in the interview Fox gave MGK a shoutout after she was asked what her three ideal Coachella headliners would be.

'Well, obviously, I have to say Machine Gun Kelly,' the actress stated.

'I'm not in the modern era, so I would say, Guns N' Roses or, you know who I would love to see, is Weezer. Weezer's so fire.'

Megan — who has referred to Kelly as her 'twin flame' in the past — also made an interesting post to her Instagram on Saturday.

Sharing a number of photos of herself posing in front of a mirror, she captioned the post 'twin flames', seemingly suggesting she is her own twin flame now.

Her comments come nearly a month after she shared that the pair have ended their engagement, though she declined to address the current status of their relationship.

It was also recently revealed that Megan and MGK are currently living apart as they work through their relationship issues.

The actress is staying at her Malibu pad, while the musician is laying low in their shared Encino home, following news of their engagement being called off.
